1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Product deterioration or other exceptional circumstances.
  • Your order was not shipped within a reasonable timeframe.

Please Note:

  • Issues & Timeframe: If you encounter any issues with your received items, please contact our customer service within 7 days of signing for the package.
  • Items Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, this falls under the carrier's compensation process. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed instructions on how to file a transit damage claim.
  • Personal Reasons: For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping and handling fees will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All sale and discounted products are FINAL SALE.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization. If your return is approved, you will receive specific instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

3. Refund Processing
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your request is approved or upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank.
4. Return Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless the item was received already deteriorated.
  • Returns must be sent using our provided shipping method or an approved trackable carrier.
  • Original order information, such as the packing slip or order confirmation, must be included in the return package.
5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare, makeup, and skincare devices.
  • Snacks and food items, unless deteriorated upon arrival.
  • Decorative contact lenses, unless defective.
  • Underwear, socks, slippers, and blind boxes.
  • Gift cards and final clearance/sale items.
