1.Dispense an appropriate amount of body shampoo onto a wet bath sponge, loofah, or directly onto your hands.
2.Work into a rich lather.
3.Gently massage onto wet skin in circular motions.
4.Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5.For best results, follow with a body lotion or moisturizer from the POLA Sakura Garden line.
