1.Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the lenses.
2.Check the lens for the correct orientation (not inside out).
3.Place the lens on your fingertip, look straight into a mirror.
4.Hold your eyelid open and gently apply the lens to your eye.
5.Blink slowly to adjust and ensure proper positioning.
6.Repeat for the other eye.
