1. Price adjustment

Considering the fluctuation of the market and unexpected changes in the rates, our product prices may be adjusted occasionally. If the price of a product is adjusted within 7 days of purchase, customers may contact our customer service team for a price match. After verifying the situation, the price difference will be refunded to the account where the payment was originally made.

Please note, if the price match results in the order total falling below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fees will be charged. The remaining price difference will be refunded after deducting the original shipping fee.

2. Price Glitches

Karma happens when you shop online. Technical issues might cause some pricing or copies errors and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed with glitches on prices, product descriptions and copies.
