Shake the massager 1-3 times to activate the cooling effect, then gently glide over the skin/massage the area where you feel puffiness or heat. Use upward motions for best results. Put it in the fridge for a short period before use for a stronger cooling effect. When the temperature rises, shake 1-3 times again for about 2 minutes of cooling. Can be used on face and body depending on the type.
