The APRILSKIN Carrotene IPMP Hydromelt Cleansing Balm is a non-comedogenic makeup remover formulated with Carrotene IPMP™, that effectively dissolves makeup, sebum and impurities from pores while formulated for breakout-prone skin.

1. Use a spatula to scoop a dime sized amount onto dry face. 2. Gently massage on the entire face with dry hands, especially the areas with makeup. 3. Apply a small amount of water and massage to emulsify the product in a rolling motion. 4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
