3.Apply Step 2: After the essence is fully absorbed, take out the hydrogel mask, remove the backing films, and place the mask on your face, smoothing it into place.
4.Duration: Leave the mask on for 20–40 minutes for quick hydration, or 2–3 hours for deep hydration. For intensive hydration, it can be left on overnight.
5.Remove: Gently remove the mask and pat any remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
